Refund policy

Unworn and unwashed merchandise can be returned within 7 days (with tags intact) of your order delivery date for an exchange or return with some exceptions (see “Final Sale Secrion). All returns must be submitted via email request and must include order number, your email address and your phone number.

Items must be in original condition, tags intact (but I mentioned that already). Clearance items are final sales.

Exceptions are made for Christmas gifts. Those items may be exchanged or returned, per the guidelines above, by the following January 7th of purchase date. (In other words, you can't wait a year to return it on a different January 7th).

Return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide return shipping labels.

Returns Process

Once your return is submitted, it will be in review. After your return is approved you will receive a follow-up email containing instructions for returning. To re-iterate, we do not accept returns of items that are not in their original state.

Upon receiving your returned item(s), we will inspect it for defects and/or signs of wear. If we detect that the item has been worn or damaged we reserve the right to deny your return. 

Once we've determined your item is in good condition, your items will be exchanged and/or refunded. Please allow up to 7 business days for your exchange/return to be processed and finalized. Due to the volume of orders that we receive daily, we cannot guarantee that your return will be processed on the day that it is received. 

Final Sale Items

Discounted items and items purchased on promotion are NOT eligible for return. Intimates, bodysuits, jewelry, swimwear, and any beauty products are  FINAL SALE. If you used a coupon or purchased an item on clearance, the item is final sale.

Order Not Delivered or Returned to Sender

In the event that your order is returned to us as undelivered, you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees/cost. If a porch pirate stole your item, we may issue a refund it, however, it may be minus the initial shipping cost.
